Instructions on How to register for a class:

Pre-Registration is accepted by mail. Fee must accompany form to reserve your place.
All classes are subject to availability or possible cancellation. Most classes fill early.
If it is near the start date of a class, please call to check on availability. 847 426 5089
To determine your eligibility for a class please read the registration information at the top of the application for the class you are interested in attending. (If you are not sure, please call.)
Note: When you enroll your dog for its first class, you must have the Health Certificate below completed by your veterinarian. Bring it to your orientation.
$$$ Discount: If you wish to take advantage of enrollment $avings, you may preregister for 2 classes together by checking off the Discount box on the form. Please include a separate dated application form for each of the classes, with the dates chosen for each class.
