How to register for a class: Pre-Registration is accepted by mail. Fee must accompany form. All classes are subject to availability or possible cancellation. Most classes fill early. If it is near the start date of a class, please call to check on availability. 847 426 5089 To determine your eligibility for a class please read the registration information at the top of the application for the class you are interested in attending. If you are not sure, please call. Note: When you enroll your dog for its first class, you must have the health certificate below completed by your veterinarian. Bring it to your orientation.
